Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Kiru apps for iPhone, iPad and Android and the website at kiru.me (together, the “Service”) operated by Aya Labs B.V. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Kiru is free to use and includes a limited number of free try-ons. Unlimited try-ons are part of Kiru Plus, an auto-renewing subscription offered weekly or yearly. The price is shown before you buy. A subscription belongs to your Kiru account and works wherever you sign in to it.
In the iPhone and iPad apps, payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. You manage and cancel that subscription in your Apple account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. In the Android app, payment is charged through Google Play when you confirm the purchase. You manage and cancel that subscription in Google Play, and refunds are handled by Google under its own policies.
On the website, payment is taken by card through our payment providers, RevenueCat and Stripe, when you confirm the purchase. You can cancel from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us.
However you subscribe, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Kiru Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; by starting to use Kiru Plus straight away you ask us to begin the service immediately.
You can look around Kiru without signing in. To create a likeness, try on looks, follow people, like looks, publish to your profile or use Kiru on more than one device, you sign in with Apple or Google and choose a username.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiru. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping the Apple or Google account you sign in with secure. Do not choose a username that impersonates someone else or that is offensive. We may reclaim or change usernames that break these Terms.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, likeness and looks, including the looks you have published. It does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google Play.
To create your likeness you provide photos of yourself. Only use photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of anyone else, and do not use the Service to create images of another person. You are responsible for the photos you provide and for having the right to use them.
You keep all rights to your photos, your likeness and the looks you create. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your photos, your likeness and the looks you save privately stay private. Looks are public only when you choose to publish them to your profile or add them to a shared collection.
When you publish a look, you allow us to host it, display it to other people in the apps and on kiru.me, and show it in previews when its link is shared. You also allow other people to view it, share its link, and try the same pieces on their own likeness. This permission ends when you delete the look or your account, although copies that others have already saved or shared outside Kiru are beyond our control.
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to share. Published looks are checked automatically, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms.
